Our Process in This Current Age
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, “we” (Prestigious Pools of Central PA) are No longer offering the option for in-home surveys for prospective or current clients for our design team.
As of Monday, June 28, 2021, any meetings with our design company will take place either via Zoom or via a scheduled appointment at our showroom. Please note if you need to cancel or reschedule a set appointment please do so within 48 hours of your meeting to preserve your space in our queue. If you are running late or find that our store is closed upon arrival please call our store number listed below.
Reserved appointments will auto-cancel after 20 Minutes if you are late to your scheduled appointment time. Please call our store number below, to alert us that you will be running late or have issues locating our showroom. Please plan your day accordingly, Thank you.
We strongly ask if you are not vaccinated or work in an active covid-19 medical facility to please wear a mask if attending a design meeting. If you are fully vaccinated masks are not required but if you are feeling sick or under the weather please either mask up or call to reschedule. The safety of our employees is our greatest concern.
Please Be advised that the time slot that is reserved for your meeting may run at most up to 30 min additional after your slot if extra design time is needed. If you are bringing children or the elderly with you please plan accordingly as our showroom is a zero-humidity ventilated space.
What Makes us different?
This is a common question we always get asked. Simply put we don’t just offer a client a 2D view for an hour and say imagine what you think this drawing of a pool looks like.
We instead offer every prospective client the option to design and view their own pool in 3D via our L.V.I.P.C.A.D. System.
How Does our Design Team Help You?
Our team will research your property prior to your visit and pull up any codes or ordinances related to your home and verify them with the help of our L.V.I.P.C.A.D. System. So that when your meeting begins we can review your setbacks and any restrictions that may impact your final design options. We will then provide you after your meeting with an estimate and a collection of digital 3D renders and PDF plot plans for your viewing pleasure.
Our team will not only show you a scaled model that is within 2 inches (5.08 cm) plus or minus of your current property but also prepares your permit documents once you reach the proposal stage of your project. Once a signed proposal is completed we will then upload a 3D Fly thru of your project to our YouTube channel with a completely accurate Day and Night cycle.
Please note that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all quotes and estimates for any new build have been delayed for up to 4-5 weeks due to inventory shortages and manufacturing delays. If you are waiting on a quote and have yet to receive one and would like an update please call our showroom. Please note that we do process quotes in a queue so long wait times are likely due to the current demand for pool installations in our industry currently.
